FieldScan LLC was founded in 2026 to deliver survey-grade reality capture to architects, engineers, contractors, and facility owners across Southern California. We work the projects most firms outgrow or under-serve — mid-size buildings, retrofit jobs, multi-discipline coordination — with the same equipment and methodology used on landmark scans, and a workflow built for AEC integration.
How we operate
Survey-grade, not "good enough"
Every deliverable is verifiable: registered to a known accuracy, documented in a QC report, traceable to raw data. If you challenge a number, we can show you where it came from.
One owner per project
No hand-offs to a junior. The person who scopes the job runs the field day, registers the cloud, and signs the deliverables. The buck stops on one desk.
Drawings beat opinions
We deliver in the formats your team actually uses — Revit, AutoCAD, E57, RCP — not whatever our scanner exports by default. Workflow integration is part of scope, not an afterthought.
