Who we are

FieldScan LLC ("FieldScan", "we", "us") provides geospatial and documentation services to AEC professionals. This policy explains what information we collect when you use FieldScan LLC services or visit fieldscan.net, and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, company, project details). This is processed through Formspree and arrives in our inbox.

Analytics. We use privacy-focused analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or similar) that record aggregate page views, referrers, and country-level location. We do not use cookies for tracking and do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs IP addresses and request headers as part of normal web operations. These logs are retained per Cloudflare's policy.

How we use information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, scope your project, and deliver the services you contract us for. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not add inquiry submissions to a marketing list.

How long we keep information

Project inquiries and correspondence are retained for the duration of our business relationship plus seven years for regulatory and tax purposes. Anonymous analytics data is retained per the provider's policy.

Third parties

Formspree processes our contact form submissions — see their privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts the site and serves the CDN — see their privacy policy.

Your rights

If you are in California, the EU, UK, or other jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email info@fieldscan.net.
